Outlook supports multiple calendars and allows me to display any number of them on the screen in overlay mode. It’s unbelievable that I can’t print even two of them on the same calendar printout. The workaround I linked in my original message is from a Microsoft support page. But it shouldn’t be necessary. Why doesn’t Microsoft simply fix the problem?
