I know better than to “assume” but thought the computer world would not make everything so complicated so that even when purchasing the latest monitor and computer, you still are not assured of getting total compatibility. I’m just not going to buy a new monitor or card to watch Blu-ray discs.
I have a 55 inch HD plasma to do that with. I’m sending the program back and will wait for some other year when the current system needs replacing, to make sure I have HDCP compliant equipment.
