When you move up even one level at a time the computer player gets very aggressive. It doesn’t leave much room for learning and growth and gets frustrating.

Too easy is boring, too difficult is demoralizing. I am also glad for no clock. I am undefeated up to Candidate, so far. And I am able to think deeply to find the best move. The problem is that the casual player has become a fast food game player, min. Per game. This eliminates good play. Once I return to form and beat this on all levels, I plan on entering some tournaments.

The way that the game suddenly declares a stalemate while I’m in the middle of setting up a checkmate is ridiculous. I don’t understand why calling stalemate can’t just be up to the player.
I would love to give the app a better rating, but I can’t get past beginner difficulty because of this even though it’s painfully easy. If the option for calling stalemate could just become available to the player after a certain amount of moves the game would be fine. I’ve already seen others complain.
