If so you have to uninstall the trial first, before installing Pro Plus. I went to HeiDoc. I completed the form, clicked “Continue” and a window opened allowing me to download the trial.
The trial downloaded fine, but there was no order confirmation, nor did I receive an email and yes I checked the Spam folder giving me the trial’s key. That’s HeiDoc. If you selected the correct file it would been the full installation file, it wouldn’t have been a link to any MS site.
